It needs a newer upower and some patches (now accepted upstream) to work properly with a battery. You can check out my repo if you are interested (please see the README.md): |

@Claconcius @montagdude is this resolved now? newer UPower has been merged into current and power management should work out of the box now |

Slackware Version - CURRENT x86-64
Cinnamon Version - 4.0.10
GIT Branch - master
Description - There isn't any power manager installed for cinnamon according to my package manager. The applet on the panel is finicky, sometimes appearing, sometimes disappearing. And there's no response when clicking "power management" in system settings.
