Fix: Illustration and CTA layout responsiveness issues (992px–1200px) and footer year update

Describe the bug

There are a few visual issues on the CircuitVerse Blog homepage that appear around the 992px–1200px viewport width range:

Banner illustration:
The main banner illustration becomes misaligned and slightly overlaps with the text content.

CTA ("Create circuits") section:
The CircuitVerse logo image and text overlap or become cramped between 992px–1200px.
The layout needs better responsive behavior so the image and text remain properly spaced.

Footer year:
The footer still shows © 2024. It should be updated to © 2025 to reflect the current year.

Steps to Reproduce

Visit https://blog.circuitverse.org/

Resize the browser window to around 992px–1200px width.

Observe:

The illustration overlaps or appears too large in the banner.

The logo and text overlap in the CTA section.

The footer shows © 2024.
