PlayerList Not Keeping Chunks Loaded #1444

Hi, I thought the whole purpose of /npc PlayerList was to use the Npc to keep Chunks loaded even though no one is on the Server. I can confirm this is not working in a Players Cactus Farm.

Using /npc playerlist causes various things to happen like cactus growth around an NPC as if it were a player. It is separate to the always-keep-loaded setting. Which of these is related to your problem?

Well I noticed that the cactus farm was not producing when the Player was offline so I tried changing that setting in the config. So I would say the issue is /npc playerlist . How far around the NPC will the cactus keep/is supposed to keep growing? The Players NPC is in front of and 10 Blocks away from the front edge of the farm and the farm extends 10 blocks deep and 20 blocks high. I will go get a Screenshot. :) I have no idea why he enclosed it in that box. I changed the chunk-loading back to false in the config.
As soon as I enter the Players Base the Cactus farm starts working like it is supposed to.

Bottom Line is, That NPC is assigned PlayerList and the Cactus Farm Does not work unless there is a REAL Player is in that Chunk.

I'm also having a similar issue. I created a Player NPC and added him to the playerlist via "/npc playerlist" so that he would keep my squid farm loaded and pumping out ink. However, it does not work at all unless an actual player goes to the area.
