Allows for reassignment of soft links. For example, if a measurement run
measis re-assigned frommat1tomat2, in addition to updatingmat2'smeasurementsfield to includemeas, also updatemat1'smeasurementsfield to no longer includemeas. The same is done for ingredient run/specs in a process run/spec, and theoutput_materialfield of a process run/spec.
