10. SNP Data (Affymetrix Genome Wide Human SNP Array 6.0)

tranSMART "SNP Data" is not a "single-nucleotide polymorphism" data as one might think. tranSMART SNP Data is copy number and loss of heterozygosity data generated using Affymetrix Genome Wide Human SNP Array 6.0. tranSMART 1.2 and higher no longer has any workflows to analyze these data. But they can be loaded for storage and downloaded. tMDataLoader loads SNP Data from SNPDataToUpload Directory. In addition to SNP table, copy number data is also loaded into Expression data table to allow using this data in available workflows. Copy number is expected to be in log format.
