linking directly to the “how to override” instructions from within the plugin’s screen in the admin dashboard.

This will make it easier for people to test the migration plugin when newer, still-unsupported versions of WP become available.

We should use link.classicpress.net to enable changing the target of this link in the future without needing to update the plugin code again.
