..\config\fonts.json modify to all "Terminus" -> "Terminus 14" plz!

In folder Fonts, no see Terminus, only Terminus 14
2) Game log going bottom to up, and vice versa can't make that last record was on top because it's convenient to read all game person characteristics
3) In winter water in the river should freeze and become ice on which can walk

This is duplicate of #10155.
@korick, your proposition is not universal one and it hardly depends on used system/configuration.
