Actually they're asking for attribution and annotation, which AFAIK IS
reasonable and mandatory even for fair use.

I like the name change suggestion that has been made on Reddit. In my case as a person without english as a first language I had no idea what a vacutainer is supposed to be, but a blood drawing kit is pretty obvious to me. |

Actually I double checked, and I had misremembeted the requirements, you are prohibited from using it unless it's actually a registered trademark, but no one is ever required to use it. The rest of the demands are likewise baseless. EDIT: Having said that, the comments that the item isn't accurately described as a vacutainer have merit, we can certainly change it to something like "blood draw kit" on that basis. |

I got a cease and desist letter about the wiki using the term Vacutainer, so it should probably be changed in the game too.
