Game version: 0.C-24930-gce0f25b

Operating system: Win7

Tiles or curses: Tiles (ChestHole)

Mods active: No mods

Expected behavior

When you move with dragged cart close to other vehicles, made only from handles, they shouldn't move as long as they are not collided or grabbed.

Actual behavior

Sometimes when you dragging cart and move close to any vehicle which based on handles only (no other frame types used), that vehicle moves in a weird way, colliding into walls, other vehicles and whatever else, just jumping/teleporting into new place, sometimes after that teleportation parts of that vehicle are disappearing.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Not much stable to reproduce, but spend 1 minute and it's guaranteed you will get that bug reproduced. Just made some vehicle from any frame, attach new frame made of pipe (handle in vehicle view), then remove first (solid) frame from that vehicle. Attach as many handle frames as you want, also you could attach solar panels, as I do. And then take any single-tile cart and move beside that vehicle, move close, then step back, in one moment vehicle with handle frames will glitch.

I suspect this is the real issue, the center of mass for the vehicle may not have been updated when the original frame was removed, which leads to strangeness when the game tries to rotate it.
