UI inconsistency when activating time consuming bionics #25526

Mods: dda, no_npc_food, novitamins

Activation of time consuming bionics closes bionics window only when it ends current turn. If activation will not end the turn window will reappear. This inconsistency in behavior may lead to accidental unwanted bionic activation.

To reproduce:

  1. Install any time consuming bionic (except Time Dilation) - for example Mini-Flamethrower
  2. Install power storage, power source. Get some power ready
  3. Get your speed to 100 or higher
  4. Wait some turns to get full 100+ time units ready
  5. Activate the time consuming bionic - bionics window will reappear
  6. Immediately activate the time consuming bionic again - bionics window will not appear this time
