Wonky vehicle construction morale calcluations.

I got this message as well. The events leading up to it were:

-Getting rained on, lowered my morale to -13
-Rain stopped, toweled off, so morale was 0
-Approached and tried to repair a vehicle with no tools.

I didn't expect to be able to repair the parts as I had no tools other than my pocket knife, but I really didn't expect the prospect to depress my character. lol. I was able to craft immediately afterwards as I would expect for 0 morale.
