Mod Manager Mods do not survive world reset #5921

I guess this could be accomplished by making a world_settings file that also includes the mods that were in play, so that when you reset a world the game knows to include those mods again when it regens it.

Hey Dwarfkoala, thanks for making issues out of the mod issues and other things on the tracker. Stuff only being discussed on the forum and not finding a way to the issue tracker is a bit annoying.
