Is it a specific targeted item? Like the killing of the Z mom, thing? So does it show up on the map and doesn't exist before getting the quest? Or is it just a random object? (So would any relic be good enough?) |

It's like the "Find Antibiotics": only the item id must match. I think all cathedrals spawn with that relic. |

Not confirmed, but it seems there is something wrong with the quest. Or it is just to vague in wording what it needs.
