Changes some item_group distribution and gives milcorpses winterized army pants rather than standard, fixing http://smf.cataclysmdda.com/index.php?topic=9594.msg222689#msg222689 .

On balance, the Guard will have been issued gear suitable for February/March. Whether they stayed in it or action-movie'd up is another question.

This has an unintended consequence of making it difficult to find non-winter army gear.

My scavenger suit requires a pair of army pants and an army jacket to make; considering it should take winter stuff instead. Sounds more realistic, too, since scavenger gear is supposed to be made out of sturdier, more protective clothing, winter stuff fits the bill way better.

Change the recipe to use either type?

Not opposed to that change, though I hadn't thought this would cause hardship: no army pants in milsurps?

Sure, there is still mil.surplus but 95% of army pants and jackets I ever used in recipes always came from military corpses or zombies, or airdrop crates.

I'll PR a change today.

I want to also raise the question of accommodating army winter clothing in certain existing recipes; gloves, at least, should be useable to make winter survivor gloves.

I'd say that winter Army gear and normal Army gear should be interchangeable in all recipes.

Winter's warmer and more cumbersome. For game purposes, I won't argue the point, but others might.
