Yeah it is possible and once ironed out it's rather trivial.
Tested by me on Windows XP and by @Zorbeltuss on Windows 10 (both x64 builds).
Now this is a rough guide. It ain't pretty. My points here are: add another hammer to the tool shed; have it tested by other people (of varying knowledge, various setups etc.).
Note that at least 70% of this can be scripted easily (given MSYS2 ship with
sed...). It can also be added as another target... As usual there's more than one way to do it.The actual source for this is at https://etherpad.mozilla.org/QsktItkkSE
Please point out misspellings/grammar/etc. too. I did try to make it somehow more accessible (than it should probably be for my own sake if nothing else...).
