ChestHole32Tileset: Mutations, mags, monsters, and NO ASCII. #15361

This update to ChestHole32 gets it back to containing no ASCII. Itcontains a complete redo of mutations, all the new magazines and ammo pouches, and belts. Worn ammo belts and bandoliers. The new cellar spider, rattlesnake and the new child evolution monsters.

@BrackDiesel did some great tiles for this one (swag bag, pumpkin, haggis, the best hickory nuts ever seen in gaming, bone shard, whistle, ice axe, and a freaking amazing sobrero). And I used some more of @egomassive's great tiles (entrenching tool, plastic bag, newboy cap, rc controller.) Thanks guys.

As well as some new hats.

They all look like they jumped out of SquareSoft lol.
Nice work, something similar for CBMs in the future?

Unfortunately, I don't think bionics even HAVE overlays. At least, nothing I have tried has gotten them to work.
