No more ALICE pack, survivor suits now require raincoats. Weapons, bionics, gun mods, and armor.

      Removed the ALICE pack as per IRC instructions.

      Difficulty swap.

Even with constant crafting it's seems it's about impossible to get to
tailor 9 with any reasonable degree of effort.

Since they're waterproof and all...
