Summary
SUMMARY: Balance "Nerf pneumatic gun reload times."Purpose of change
The Pneumatic weapons have been identified as being overpowered for a long time now. This change roughly aligns the mechanical work required to charge their pressure tanks with comparable IRL guns.
Describe the solution
Roughly doubles reload times to a minute per shot.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Increasing noise production and adjusting the descriptions to match is an option, but I don't think that's a meaningful fix for the issue.
Requiring a bicycle pump to achieve the current reload rate and doubling the reload rate (again) for reloading without an external pump. This is a much more extensive change so I don't want to tackle it right now.
