Nerf'd Necco Wafers

As requested on the forums, now only 5 servings in a bag of Neccos. At least now the PC eats the same amount every time. Pacing oneself when eating candy....naaah. Life is short. Eat the exact same amount of no-longer-manufactured candy every time!

Seriously, if the point of this is to appease some OCD weirdo that can't handle eating a non-divisible number of candies per serving, then it's not worth it.

Also I ate a roll of Necco wafers yesterday afternoon, and they do not come with any guarantee of 40 per roll. It's like 2.2 ounces of candy measured by weight.

And as I mentioned in mainchat...oh noes, I didn't count out how many malt balls I had in the box.

I'll link the PR in the forums, but am inclined to agree that it's unnecessary. Unless Neccos really are that much better than any other candy? (They shoudn't be!)

OK, burgerpro wants to make his own version of Necco Wafers. Probably the full-size roll rather than the bag o' snack-size I used.
