The first attempt at making a wearable item that contains Stuff. Too bad KA101 wasn't up for mucking about with a new iuse.

Item and recipe.  (You'll want to disassemble it.  Packing, not so much,
but I suppose you could keep it in your vehicle or something.)
Should be "good"
...inasmuch as the LARGEST RECIPE IN CATA could be good.  This be a
Hack.  But hopefully it's a good starting point.

The container with hardcoded content is acceptable only as temporary solution intil we have no possibility to pack stuff in containers manually.

@illi-kun : Yeah, I'm aware of this being a very hackish thing. If there's demand for certain types of baggage, they're makeable enough. At this point I'm not interested in redoing the whole container system.

It would be nice if you could just dump your backpack and pick it back up as a single action for serious combat situations, but this is a nice second.
