The Advanced versions of the previous two mutagens. One's better for the extra time, one not so much.

Plenty of extra comments in the individual commits.

Raptor & Elf-a: Recipe items
Also includes: a JUNK ITEM! because sometimes a boring, useless binder
really is boring and useless.
R&E lab notes
Unfortunately I don't think the auto-gibberish from the Amigara Fault is
available for lab notes.
E&R recipes
Both significantly cheaper (and quicker) than Alpha.
E&R Mutations
New mutations: elf ears, elf NV line (three traits, all should be Elf-a
only based on Rivet's results with "valid": false & category mutagen,
will give marginal buff to NPC interactions), raptor tail, hissing voice
(Growl for Lizard/Raptor).
Safety catch
player.cpp's not designed to accommodate multiple NVs, so put in
removers just-in-case.
Elf eyes
Intended effect: Elf-a mutants can see farther with the basic level, but
don't have as great low-light detail vision. FNV is FNV.
Raptor tail & Talons
Any balance thoughts? This is an excellent time to make those known.
R&E dreams
Yeah, people want the Raptor to be able to lay eggs. I'm thinking
that'll be on indefinite hold.
E&R spawns
Long story short, Dr. Kothlis' crew did their best to get the word out.
But not every binder's a score.

Toward the end of things, the research was being distributed over some
questionably-secure methods: aboard helicopters and less-secure nets.
If you have NPCs, hackers may have nailed a copy of Chimera or Raptor.
Extra lab note
Hey, I remembered my Silmarillion right! :-P
Trait effects
Hiss doesn't do much without these, and the Elf-a Eyes are intended to
be somewhat appealing.
Generalized Elfa binders
At the time I wrote them I hadn't realized that Maiar's team would
contact their friends in the sewage plants, schools, hospitals, and
toxic dumps. So was overly specific. Fixed.
Grammar fix
How did I miss that?! :-(

Hearing no comments here, I struck the CR. Could tweak it some more but may as well release 'em into the wild and get some playtesting in.

If we've got Elfa, what about Dwarfa?

I approve of this idea.

Ahaha, Elf-a can get radioactive as a mutation! I like it, provided you add dwarf-a sometime in the future.

Elfa, Dwarfa, Halflinga, and... Orca?

Elfa, Dwarfa, Halflinga, and... Orca?

And still no love for the Kobolds.

Hmm. I tag something as comments-requested, nobody comments. Remove the tag, and I'm swarmed the next day. Probable answer: everyone was busy. OK.

Yeah, Elf-a is dangerously unstable, largely due to insufficient testing, no Purifier in the recipe, and, uh...replication errors.

--FIGHT CENSORSHIP (In initial human trials, "Elf-a" mutagen killed half the test subjects, poisoning the other half in the process, and irradiated their ward. We can't afford that loss at this time, especially as his impulsive experiment cost us prime facility space. Terminate him.) NOBODY DROPS MAIAR INTO LAVA--

There's a reason Cata-elves get angsty and emo: non-trivial odds that they're dying, possibly killing their environment in the process. (Trivia: the color-shifting in the eyes comes from the Slime mutagen. TMYK.)

I have considered Inconvenient Size mutations. So dwarf-types could be a possibility. "Where would the scientists find the time, because they're all on teleportation," is the sticking point. Psi attacks probably wouldn't happen, though.
(It's called "Elf-a" because it's derived from the Alpha formula, incidentally, and forest-adapting folks both made a certain amount of sense and could be accomplished with existing mutagens.)

Hobbits, nah. Orca would be a fine tribute and would make sense if we had more water-based content, much the same way that my plans for Rat and Troglodyte kinda rely on the underground getting more content. Kobolds...surely Lizard gets pretty close? If there's a time/lore justification, I think two parts Lizard and one part Purifier ought to work...

Toe-talon enforcement
Because wicked-huge talons growing from your big toes shouldn't just
prevent you from putting on footgear.

@KA101 Kobolds? I could use some minions...

JSON syntax fix
Trivial but apparently a dealbreaker. Fixed now.

It's far too late for me to work on this right now. If this is completely ready and still un-merged tomorrow, I'll look at it and see about getting it into the mainline.

Read through it, looks good overall. I like Elf-a a lot, but feel Raptor is a bit lacking.

Maybe a bit more bird overlap? Long legs for improved run speed or something? It should totally have brightly colored feathers too!
