These are primarily opposites of existing traits.

The good:
accomplished sleeper - falling asleep is easier
addiction resistant - reduced likelihood of addiction, easier recovery from addiction
cannibal - not new, but it has been split from Psychopath - you like eating people, but still feel enough guilt to not enjoy it to the fullest
eagle eyed - exposes more of the overmap as you travel, similar to and stacks with binoculars
good hearing - your sense of hearing is better than average
good memory - slower skill rust
outdoorsman - reduces morale penalties for being wet
psychopath - never suffer guilt penalties, combine with Cannibal to get the full anthropophagous experience
strong back - grants bonus carrying weight
strong stomach - reduced likelihood of vomiting
tough feet - no movement penalty for going barefoot
weak scent - you have a reduced scent profile

The bad:
animal discord - animals don't like you and are more likely to be hostile towards you
bad knees - moving over rough terrain is slower
clumsy - make more noise when you move, more likely to set off traps
disorganized - penalty to carrying volume
hates vegetables - eating foods made from the veggy material hurts your morale
high metabolism - an existing trait, now unlocked for starting characters
high thirst - an existing trait, now unlocked for starting characters
slow healer - your natural healing rate is reduced
slow learner - learn skills more slowly
slow reader - it takes longer to read books
slow runner - 15% movement speed penalty on flat ground
thin-skinned - slightly more susceptible to cutting damage than normal

Adds two new starting traits, strong back and disorganized.
Basically inverse clones of existing traits, strong back is the opposite
of bad back, and grants bonus carrying weight. Disorganized is the
inverse of packmule, and gives you a penalty to carrying volume.

40% less volume is gonna HURT, IMO. (Can't get shopping carts everywhere.) Might be worth bumping that to -4?

Since the storage capacity penalty can be overcome with the right gear, I think it should be the exact opposite price of its counterpart; it's the sort of disadvantage that can largely be worked around by smart players.

Also, new superharcoreubermode: frail, glass jaw, forgetful, bad back, disorganized, high metabolism, high thirst.

I thought you might want to use some of these to make your mutation branches bushier. Or perhaps just link them as starting places for some of the mutation categories, like a few of the existing ones already do. I'm confining this PR to mundane sort of traits that mirror what we already have, or are otherwise within the scope of normal human ability, and leaving the far out scifi stuff to you.

Also my RNG bugtesting character just now was a clumsy, schizophrenic, cannibal clown.

Eagle Eyed.
Not a copy of anything extant, this one's actually new.

The "Non-Addictive Personality" trait sounds a bit.. weird, I don't know a shorter word for that though. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah I can't really think of a better name for it. If anybody has a better idea, I'm up for changing it.

Inodorous.
Yeah this name isn't my favorite either, but do you have any idea how
hard it is to come up with a name for something like this? There's no
single good word in the English language for 'doesn't particularly
stink' - go ahead, look it up. I tried.

GURPS Bio-Tech has a higher-powered version of that as "Sanitized Metabolism". You could probably get away with "Clean".

I considered 'clean' but I don't want it to reflect the hero's hygiene, just their innate scent. Hygiene is something else entirely and I want there to be a clear distinction, since even a naturally SMELLY person could probably temporarily reduce their scent a bit by washing up really, really well.

I am really liking this. What about addiction-resistant or something instead of non-addictive personality?

I know that might not fit correctly, and non-addictive personality is the proper opposite of addictive personality, but at least on my side it sounds better.

Loving it, alas, no ideas on the personality name. unlikely to get addicted is too clumsy.

addiction resistant sounds good.
"Low body odor"?

I like addiction resistant and Low body odor.

Also, i'd kinda like to switch Smelly to High body odor, as Smelly feels more like you genuinely smell awful rather than that your body produces more (unobtrusive to humans) smell than usual, which is intended not to impact the NPC interactions at all IIRC.

How about weak scent/strong scent?

The word 'scent' doesn't carry the same sort of connotations as 'smelly' or even 'high body odor' - both of which sound like they're a hygiene problem and not natural phenomena.
