Ammonium chloride?

Sorry but over here that's industrial farm chemicals, not candy.

It was on sale because they couldn't sell it otherwise.

I've seen dried fish heads on sale at an Asian market, but that doesn't mean that they're a common food here either.

I specifically suggested it just because of the fact that they were selling /large/ batches of it.. And no, that wasn't fertilizer. You could rename the salmiac powder to "salted liquorice". Also, it was made to spawn in glass flasks because that's what they sold it in (roughly), and it made the glass flasks spawn more often.

Huh. I'd seen it and thought it was for use in making sweet & sour $ENTREE, but whoever put it in didn't finish. (As in something I'd find at an Asian place.)

So yeah, I'm with Rivet here. If you wanted something like Pixie Stix, it didn't work. :-/

Glass flasks are specifically the Lab glassware. Sorry, Zaweri.

WAIT A MINUTE!! I'm going to add a book called "The crazy Scandinavian cuisine" and add a few scandinavian food recipes to it! (Which would include salmiac)

That would actually make a lot more sense than just having the stuff lying around in houses and stores.

We need fish in-game so that you could also add lutefisk (lipeäkala) to that book as well. I can even envision the stats: -100 to morale, but it never, ever goes bad.

Then we just need the Horadric Lutefisk Cube and we're all set.

If we ever ended up keeping it: "Salmaic" is a misspelling of "Salmiac". So you might want to change it.
