Purpose of change
PR 5 of canteen base camp expansion version 2 (PR 1 is #51847).
This PR expands on PR 4 (#51899) by adding mi-go resin as a new construction material.

Same as #51899, adding mi-go resin as a building material.

Testing
Constructed the whole expansion out of mi-go resin, this time as the W expansion (skipping SW as that will turn out very ugly due to the boulders and vegetation there).
