New Filter method for crafting

Allow the player to search tools or components instead of just name.
This allow new players to know what the random items they find can be
used for.

Looking forward to this. I was just thinking "this crafting menu really needs something like Not Enough Items for Minecraft, something that would tell me what I can use this thing for!"
I'm glad somebody made it.
@Zireael07 yeah, but it was a pain looking for a recipe and either not finding it or finding an outdated recipe/usage notes. I had to go directly into the json to look up a few.

This is also extra good with mod manager, since the available recipes can
change from game to game in addition to from version to version.

:D glad you guys like it. I have made it such a way that you can also search both at the same time, just in case someone finds a use for that.
