Um. textbook_anarch seems somewhat more suitable than _gaswarfare?? What's your reasoning there?

Tbh, i didn't go through all the different textbooks. I kinda just stole the line from somewhere else. I'll update it.

Given the amount of conversions TheLoneBadger calls for in the forum post, I'm thinking that there's got to be some charges (and probably more time--crafting times take about two more zeroes than elsewhere, for what I'm sure are good reasons with which I'm unfamiliar) involved in this process, somewhere. (Ammonia->Nitric and Soap/Oil->Glycerine.)

OK. Could probably justify increasing the recipe-learning difficulty as college texts probably aren't gonna expressly teach how-to-make dynamite. Anonymous Anarchists' Annual would spell it out, though that's based on Driving skill (unfortunate way of handling book-learning) so yeah, leave that at 5.

For some reason I had in my mind that all the ingredients only needed mixing, Had not thought about the conversions. Takes quite some time, I think. Will change it to the same time that it takes to make mutagen. Mutagen is probably harder to make, but dynamite contains more ingredients that need to be converted. Will upgrade the college text diff to 6.
