It really is that damage that should be nerfed instead of speed, a quick jab should have a lot less power behind it than a regular strike. A rapid strike should be for hit-and-run tactics. 50%-75% less damage would be better, I think. |

I can tolerate damage being knocked to 75% and speed left where it is (Rapid being twice as fast). I recall offering to audit the techs but didn't receive any feedback on that. |

Seems pretty unanimous. Speed_mult will remain 0.5, damage multipliers will be set to 0.66. |

Currently the Rapid Strike technique is too good, leading to people not wanting other techniques on their weaponry because that reduces the chance they'll trigger a rapid strike.
A speed_mult of 0.75 is an effective 33% increase in DPS, as opposed to the current 100% increase in DPS.
