We'll eventually want some way to make Better handloaded rounds (likely a high-skill set of recipes) but this is an improvement. |

Reasons and discussion here: http://smf.cataclysmdda.com/index.php?topic=5822.0
Differences of reloaded vs. factory ammo:
Examples:
.223 Remington
Damage: 36 -> 35
AP: 2 -> 2
Dispersion: 7 -> 8
Recoil: 30 -> 31
.30-06 AP
Damage: 50 -> 49
AP: 30 -> 29
Dispersion: 1 -> 1
Recoil: 36 -> 37
Exception:
handmade 8x40mm caseless JSP - it does not have factory counterpart, I made numbers up arbitrarily
Descriptions:
in some cases I changed descriptions of reloaded ammo to be consistent (orig. desc. + suffix: This one has been hand-reloaded.)
also, what is "RECYCLED" effect for? my guess is it should be on every reloaded ammo, but I didn't added missing ones...
