Formats improvement: remove duplicate format listing

Summary

On https://clickhouse.com/docs/interfaces/formats we have both a table and a list of formats below it. It's unnecessary to have both. This PR updates some links for docs in this repo so that I can remove the list of formats and have just the table of formats.
