Correlation_EPSL

Code and data to reproduce the analysis of Hu et al. 2016: Correlation-based interpretations of paleoclimate data -- where statistics meet past climates, Earth and Planetary Science Letters.

The codes are written in Jupyter Notebooks with suffix ipynb. Proctor_NAO_bandwidth.ipynb is related to Section 2 of the paper. KRPAM_cellulose.ipynb is for Section 3, and CrystalCave.ipynb is for Section 4.

To successfully run the codes, these python modules may be necessary: LiPD, nitime, xray, rpy2.
