    High: mysql: improve replication support

    y-trudeau authored dmuhamedagic committed
This patch modifies the behavior of the mysql RA in order to better
support replication. Upon promotion, the newly selected master stores
in the cib the information needed by the slaves to reconnect to the new
master, the binlog file and binlog position. The new mysql RA also
maintains, through the monitor call, a transient attribute that can be
used by the cluster configuration to control the behavior of reader
VIPs, basically moving them away if the slave is not in a sane state.
It is also possible to use specific IPs for replication by adding node
    attributes.

High: conntrackd: rename parameter "conntrackd" to "binary"

    akurz authored
The parameter "conntrackd" was obviously defined erroneously.
Internally the RA uses the default value for a parameter
named "binary" in absence of a user defined "binary" parameter.

Med: VirtualDomain: honor virsh "in shutdown" state

    raoulbhatia authored
    Using libvirt 0.9.8 / qemu 1.0 / kvm from kernel 3.2.0,
"virsh list" briefly shows the virtual maschine in a
"in shutdown" state during a regular "virsh shutdown"
    operation:

     Id Name State
    ----------------------------------
      5 testvm1 running
      6 testvm2 running

      ...
      5 testvm1 running
      5 testvm1 running
      ...
      5 testvm1 in shutdown
      5 testvm1 in shutdown
      ...
      - testvm1 shut off
          - testvm1 shut off
              ...

The VirtualDomain resource agent does not recognize this
state and thus issues a "virsh destroy" command.

This patch correctly handles "in shutdown" as a "this virtual
    machine is still running" state.
