Trigger action "Flash Buildings of Type" uses incorrect parameters

By default the format in WAE is "0 Allied Power Plant (GAPOWR)", "1 Allied Ore Refinery (GAREFN)" etc. but the value should only include the buildings codename in order to work ("GAPOWR" etc.)
