The analysis code has been tested in RStudio on Windows and Mac.
Run the code in code/main.rmd to obtain Figures 3-6 in the paper.
The other 3 files in the code folder are named after the figures in the Supplementary Information (SI). Run them to obtain the corresponding figures in the SI.
