I have an issue where some pods end up added to the pods directory with a git repo.

For this I have problems in managing my own git repository as it considers a non-existing git submodule.

Is there a way to avoid this?

Thank you|

This is either the result of a failed installation or of running pod install --no-clean. Trashing the Pods folder or the folders of the relevant Pods and running pod install again should fix the issue.

Solved!
I needed to do a merge in order to see if the problem was solved.
