This is a problem which can affect pod lib lint which stores the Pods project in tmp, which is an alias for private/tmp.
As the path includes a alias the relative resulting path is not correct and the header links created in the Pod/BuildHeaders and in the Pod/Headers are incorrect.
[Sandbox] Use the realpath of the root.
Fixes pod lib lint
@irrationalfab just ran into this, none of my headers can be found when I run pod lib lint. Is there a workaround?
@lukeredpath I would suggest to use CocoaPods from master. I can't of any other easy workaround.
