Use correct namespace for target header dir. #75

16:52 lukeredpath: (as it's an exclusive group so no Kiwi in Pods/)

@lukeredpath On second thought, I don’t think we should use namespace the header dirs for different targets, because if a target is not exclusive, then it would need the same headers as the default target, thus we have to do more copying. In addition, there shouldn't be any practical problem by doing this.

I’m working on moving all headers into ./Pods atm.
