Print changelog after gem install #853
The users need to know any big changes (like "pod install" not updating pods; needs to use "pod update").
@alloy suggested on Twitter that this warning should be on "gem install cocoapods", but I disagree based on the way I use it. I generally do a "gem update" or "gem update cocoapods", and especially on the first, a lot of things are printed on the console.
I'd rather have it shown on the first (or the first N) "pod" commands, with a different color if possible (like "Cocoapods 0.17.0.rc3 is available.").
What are your thoughts, guys?

Definitively we could step up the communication regarding the changes. However, I think, that a console message would be too short and that the appropriate format is the Changelog. Maybe printing it after the installation of the Gem as RubyMotion could work.
For the record as far as I'm concerned
