rake middleman:build fails without having run bundle install #21

Hi. I cloned the repo and ran

$ rake bootstrap
$ rake middleman:build

However, rake middleman:build failed with the stacktrace below. After running bundle install, this solved the problem (didn't have middleman installed).

I'm not familiar with how things are really done in ruby. Should the bootstrap command call bundle install, or should bundle install just be added to the README?
