Main aim is to bring a lot of our search controls to be more consistent with other search interfaces. Filter controls left, sorting right, further sort filtering details inlined. Spent some time doing an Artsy design review on it.

Changes from current:

  • Two Search Filters at the top left, one for platform, the other of language.
  • Sorting is a drop down ( has more options that filters ) - can be system dropdown when clicked.
  • Results are moving into the search interface
  • Sub searches based on the current search are also inlined into the content, and de-emphasised asa design element. Think they're important, but probably not as much as the larger filtering tools around platform / lang

I really like the structuring of this! I'm starting to wonder how we could reduce vertical space usage of it though. Any ideas?

Not yet, but I think we can work with that once there's something there. Could be quite easy of playing with colours.
