Adds and refines the image tools suite.

Included tools:

• Rotate image
• Crop image
• Image to favicon
• Join images
• Split image
• Extract image colors
• Generate placeholder image
• Add image watermark
• SVG to PNG
• Image to Base64
• Base64 to image

Also includes:

• Compact output format selector for image tools.
• Cleaner and more balanced tool sidebars.
• Better preview containers for image workflows.
• Image/logo watermark support.
• Base64 split into two intent-based tools.
• Removal of the old combined image-base64 tool from the catalog.
• UI fixes for crop, resize, join, split, favicon, watermark and color extraction.
• Spanish mojibake fixes.
• Updated SSG routes and sitemap entries for ES/EN tool pages.

Validation:

• npm run test:run OK — 32 files / 211 tests
• npm run build OK — 59 SSG pages
• git diff --check OK
• ES/EN routes checked by HTTP fallback
