📌 Purpose

Reorder pinned courses by dragging them in the modal

Corresponding issue: closes #374

🔧 Changes

  • Changed the pinned modal component to be able to rearrange subjects by dragging
  • Subjects gets ordered in that new order in the pinned caraousel section
