Twitter::Friends

Gem allows you to find a list of mutual twitter friends between two users. Everybody must have a 'friend' relationship, i.e. in a triangle of three individuals, they must each follow and be followed by each other.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'twitter-friends'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install twitter-friends

Usage

Get an array of mutual followers

TwitterFriends.mutual "paulbirch99", "mhallsmoore" => [24870588, 69150555, 573019880, 119676687, 490555053, ...]

Select a random mutual friend and return a twitter user instance

TwitterFriends.random_connection "paulbirch99", "mhallsmoore" => #<Twitter::User:0x007fc983a4a7f0 ...>
