🧹 Rename all references of "Breadcrumbs Bar" to "Path Bar"

We are currently referring to the piece of UI under the tabs and above the editor that lets the user know where the currently open file is located in the project as the "breadcrumbs bar". We have recently found that Apple refers to it as the "path bar" in Finder and we think it is appropriate to do the same within CodeEdit.

We need to rename all references to reflect this name change.
