✨ Use terminal title as the terminal tab title

Description

Currently, each terminal tab is labeled "terminal". It can be renamed, however we should default to the terminal title which typically indicates the current running process.

When this title is updated, the tab should reflect the updated title, unless the tab has previously been renamed.

When renaming the tab, we should use the custom title instead of terminal title.
