Code Fellows C-14 Foundation I 

1) Javacript is for the Code Fellows C-14 Fundation I assignment 4 -
Card Game of compare cards. Compare current card  with next card on the deck of cards array by using Math.random (). 
The code is open to all who may like to expand more to it.
