Updated the max_size documentation to clarify its usage and examples. Adjusted return values and improved syntax for better readability.

Hey @bvillav-a11y, the entry looks good but one change is needed i.e. please remove the file max_size.md from this branch and only keep the max-size.md. Let me know once this is done. Thank you! 😄
