I have the following html

<form name="test_form" action="#" method="POST">
    <input type="text" name="name" value="" />
    <fieldset disabled>
        <input type="text" name="surname" value="" />
    <input type="submit" value="Submit" />

When I run test:

 $I->submitForm('form[name=test_form]', array('name' => 'Tom'));

in controller I print POST request and see

Array ( [name] => Tom [surname] => )

The input 'surname' is in disabled fieldset, so this input must be disabled too, but this field is included in POST request

Yep. This is pretty tricky stuff. Never thought of the disabled fields before. Especially if they are disabled not by thier own attributes, but by a fieldset. It's pretty rare case, as I'm thinking.

So if you feel you can fix that, please, send Pull Request.
