Added the ability to handle images of different sizes (images scale).
Added the following boolean options:

  • adaptImages. Default value: false. Description: When set to true, uses images instead of backgrounds and scales the images to the maximum dimension available.
  • useLargerImage.Default value: true. Description: When set to true, uses the larger image dimensions as the maximum dimension available. Otherwise, it uses the slider width as the maximum available.
  • alignBottom.Default value: false. Description: When set to true, aligns the bottom right corner of the scaled images with the bottom right corner of the slider. Otherwise, the images are aligned to the top left of the slider.

Will this be in the next version of Nivo-Slider?

Hey @TheKramers, I don't know for sure. It's all up to @gilbitron.

But if he takes too long to accept the pull request, I'll probably release it on my own.
You can download it from my fork and test it out if you want to.

Let me know if you find any issues.

Hey @TheKramers, I've released my own version of this based on these commits.

It's the jQuery Rambling Slider. It's written in CoffeeScript and open to suggestions.
You can check it out if you want to.

Feel free to submit an issue if you find one or a feature request if you want something to be added.
