Behaviour of the dropdown menu when clicking on the arrows

The dropdown menu opens up while hovering over the parent menu item.
A user pointed out that you can also click on the dropdown arrows, which acts as if it would control the dropdown menu ( open/close ), but that's not happening, and it can be confusing

I'm not sure what would be expected here as you're still hovering it while clicking the arrow.

Just to be clear, I see two options here:

• fully remove this functionality when the menu is not inside the sidebar
• disable this functionality when the document doesn't have touch capabilities

I'd go with the second one. @selul @rodica-andronache what do you think.
