Allow application of some reoccurring events in a series

Ability to apply for only some events in a reoccurring series.
Not sure if this feature would be used, would like community feedback.

I think originally we figured that if you made a reoccurring event then attendees would have to attend every event in the series.

It might be confusing to add this to the UI so we'd definitely have to discuss the flow if we were going to go ahead with it.

We were discussing this this week. Our current plan is to reword recurring events to term events, in which a booking would apply for the entire term. This rewording should make it clearer to attendees that they're booking for the entire term, rather than just the next even in a recurring series. As a low priority addition, we are considering bulk event creation, which would be much like the recurring events requested here. Each event would be listed individually, and users would have to book into each event individually.
